We will meet initially to discuss the specifics of the opportunities within your organization and the services we offer our clients.
With the assistance of our case managers we will then choose a qualified candidate for the position and determine with you which supports will be provided. For example this may include one on one job coaching at the onset and regular progress meetings.
Throughout the course of the placement we will closely monitor the client’s progress and ensure that your needs are being met on an ongoing basis.

| Case Management |
As employers approach us with job openings, our case managers select a qualified candidate for each position available from our client base. An action plan is developed involving all parties to determine services required and employment goals. Our case managers stay in contact with you on an ongoing basis to ensure that both your needs and those of the employee are being met.

| Job Coaching |
A job coach is provided at the start of the placement to assist the new employee to perform their job effectively and independently, and determine what further supports will be necessary in the long term. Job coaching is a key service that we offer, and by performing this dual role, assists a new employee to fulfill their job responsibilities in a competitive environment. Throughout the course of the placement we will closely monitor the client’s progress and ensure that your needs are being met on an ongoing basis. |
